We are looking for a recruiting specialist to advertise job vacanciesand to screen, shortlist, and interview candidates. In this role, youwill develop and post job descriptions using social media and otherplatforms in order to identify suitable applicants. You will analyzethe recruitment process and make recommendations for improvements orchanges.

To ensure success as a recruiting specialist, you will beconversant with a wide range of social media for job postings and youwill keep track of the hiring process of candidates. Using hiringmetrics software, you will compile reports on aspects of the hiringprocess. A top-notch recruiting specialist will have in-depth knowledgeof labor laws as well as current hiring trends.
