Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Supporting HR Manager in full HR spectrum including recruitment & selection, staff benefits & welfare and learning & development.
  • Learning & Development - review existing performance management form.
  • To ensure all staff have the relevant skills to increase productivity and administer SDF and other governmental grants for claim submission.
  • Support leader to develop, redesign and manage technical training curriculum for business units
  • Support in overall technical training programs in manufacturing areas
  • Conduct training, perform evaluation on training & assessment
  • Plan and coordinate in house and external training
  • Monitor and maintain proper training records
  • Handle all employee matters - counselling, grievances etc.
  • Online processing of work pass for foreign workers
