Collaborate with the HR Manager and business leaders to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals. Own end-to-end hiring for Business Development and critical business roles, ensuring alignment of recruitment strategy with broader business objectives. Utilize multiple sourcing methods including job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn) to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates. Screen resumes, conduct structured initial phone screenings and interviews, and schedule assessments with relevant stakeholders. Partner with leadership to understand workforce needs, role expectations, and hiring priorities.
