Roles and Responsibilities: 



 * Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, managing 80% recruitment activities and 20%

operational tasks. 



* Post job openings on portals and social media, screen resumes, source profiles, and

schedule interviews.



 * Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate with Hiring Managers for

subsequent rounds. 



* Negotiate salaries, finalize candidates, and ensure smooth onboarding, including the

issuance of offer and appointment letters.



 * Prepare and maintain HR documentation, such as offer letters, experience letters, and

increment letters. 



* Manage monthly MIS reporting and analyze recruitment data to improve hiring

processes. 



* Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, enhancing workplace culture and

motivation.
