Job Description

This role will manage HR operations such as but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, HR records management and fostering a positive work culture.

The Executive will work closely with the Manager in facilitating a meaningful Team Member experience in all touch points from onboarding up to offboarding.

Operational Excellence
  • Manages the recruitment process from the management of manpower requisitions to sourcing, interviewing, job offers, completion and collection of pre-hire requirements up until onboarding.
  • Ensures accurate and efficient HR documentation, including completion of the applicant tracking system, application records, letter of appointments/contracts, and relevant reports such as but not limited to the New Hire List, Weekly Hiring Tracker, Applicant Tracker, etc.
