HR & Finance Executive Responsibilities Human Resource Functions
- Manage the full spectrum of recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Maintain employee records and ensure proper filing, confidentiality, and data accuracy.
- Process monthly payroll, leave administration, attendance records, and staff claims.
- Handle CPF submissions and ensure compliance with MOM regulations and the Employment Act.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and other related matters with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
- Prepare and submit Auto-Inclusion Scheme (AIS) records to IRAS and ensure timely annual tax reporting.
- Coordinate employee training programmers and support employee engagement initiatives.
