Job Description

  • Leverage data analytics to optimize HR decisions, building dashboards (Power BI), tracking KPIs, controlling headcount, and driving data-driven actions to improve retention and workforce stability.
  • Drive recruitment and retention strategies for union population, ensuring strong pipeline management, effective hiring processes, and close partnership with supervisors and plant leadership.
  • Lead continuous improvement and transformation initiatives in HR, identifying root causes, automating processes, and promoting a culture of efficiency, agility, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Act as a strategic HR partner on the shop floor, operating in a dynamic environment with high sense of urgency, influencing decision-making, and supporting cultural transformation aligned with business needs.
