HR Generalist Position

We are currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced HR Generalist. Our client is a well-established manufacturing and engineering company. You will be part of a structured and well-managed HR Team. This role is a new role in their current structure (due to expansion).

Note: Due to the recruitment process, which will include on-site assessments and interviews, we would give preference to candidates who reside in Cape Town and surrounding areas.

Duties & Responsibilities Recruitment: Manage recruitment process by attracting top talent, processes will include assessing applications, interviewing applicants, giving selection tests, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management on staff appointments.
