Job Description

We are seeking a HR Generalist- Labor relations to join a dynamic manufacturing environment with a unionized workforce. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with labor legislation, the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), and company policies, while fostering stable labor relations and a productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Labor Relations: Administer and monitor CBA matters, address grievances, conduct investigations, and coordinate with union representatives.
  • Employee Administration: Manage personnel movements, terminations, employee files, attendance, disciplinary actions.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to Federal Labor Law, support audits, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Workplace Engagement: Support recognition programs, employee activities, communication initiatives, and manage employee services such as transportation.
