Responsibilities
The following duties are typical of the position:
Hiring and Onboarding
- Drafting employment contracts.
- Registering new employees in the company’s systems.
- Coordinating the delivery of work equipment and tools.
Incident Control
- Monitoring and controlling vacations, sick leave, permits, absences, and deductions.
- Handling termination processes and deregistration in internal systems.
