Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in general HR
• With leadership experience (handling staff)
• Experience in Audio-Visual (AV) and lighting installation/Services industry is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting and implementing human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance with Philippine labor laws such as the Labor Code of the Philippines.
