Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Min. 1 year of experience in HR (generalist preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles & employment laws
  • Proficiency in MS Office & HRIS systems
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication & organizational skills
  • Familiarity with payroll processing/coordination
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
