Ametek Nuevo Laredo is searching for a Human Resources Professional to fill an important role within the organization.This position is a Shared Services resource that supports all Divisions & BU's located in the facility.The ideal candidate will be an HR Generalist with a strong focus on recruiting and labor relations.Responsibilities:Lead/support recruitment efforts of direct, indirect and salaried positions.Support and follow up on labor relations actions and plans.Coordinate employee services (i.E.: transportation and cafeteria).
Support and maintain the HRIS Systems ensuring accuracy & regulatory alignment.Support and help with Government Inspections and Compliance.Schedule flexibility to support different working shifts, including weekends or holidays, when needed.Support general HR activities as needed.Requirements:College &/or University degree.3-5 years' experience in a similar position within a Manufacturing environment.Bilingual; Spanish and English will be highly pref...
