Job Description
We are looking for a versatile HR Generalist who can work full onsite at our office while managing our distributed, remote workforce. The ideal candidate will know how to effectively handle remote working staff and possess a strong background in sourcing digital talents approaching recruitment with the same creativity and strategy used to scout Influencers.
Key Responsibilities
- Remote Employee Management: Act as the main onsite HR point of contact, ensuring high engagement, productivity, and a positive culture for our remote staff.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Active involvement in shaping the candidate journey from screening and interviewing through to providing feedback and negotiating offers of employment.
