Job Description

Duration: 1 year contract Location: West Responsibilities: Training Programme Management:
Coordinate end-to-end training programmes, manage participant registration, attendance tracking, reminders, and maintain L&D records. Vendor & Financial Support:
Process invoices and purchase orders for training vendors assist with government training grant submissions and absentee payroll claims. H
R Data & System Administration:
Prepare and validate data files for HR systems, and support sponsorship, scholarship, and recognition programme administration. Reporting & Compliance:
Prepare reports for management and audits, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to organisational policies. Leave Administration:
Manage staff leave processes, including government-paid leave, system updates, and portal submissions. Benefits & Insurance:
Handle insurance administration, staff queries, claims processing, and maintain detailed case records. General HR & Administrative Support:
