Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant, production, operations, maintenance, warehouse, and office staff.
  • Coordinate interviews, onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
  • Maintain manpower planning and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Employee Relations

  • Maintain healthy employee relations across plant and office operations.
  • Address employee grievances and coordinate with department heads for resolutions.
  • Support employee engagement activities and retention initiatives.

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
  • Support payroll inputs and coordination with accounts/payroll teams.
  • Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and company procedures.
