- Assist in day-to‑day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Encoding of employee profiles through CHRIS (Corporate Human Resource Information System)
- Help organize and support employee engagement activities and training sessions
- Participate in resume screening, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking
- Contribute to maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
