Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage course items, classes, and collections on the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Maintain and update the course master list; enroll staff in classes and update learning history for completed courses
  • Assist with migration of historical learning data and generate training application reports as requested
  • Respond to general staff queries received through the Learning mailbox
  • Provide administrative support in codifying competencies into templates and assist in logistics for in-person training sessions, including invitations, venue setup, attendance tracking, and feedback collection
Requirements
  • With more than 1+ year working experience
  • Experience using Successfactors
