Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Human Resources Management-related course.
  • At least 4 years experience in handling Learning/Training & Development facet in HR.

Work Specification:

  • Responsible in identifying training needs and mapping out training development plan for the organization, departments and individuals.
  • Responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating, and conducting all training programs.
  • Facilitates Learning Needs Analysis and Learning Development Plan Implementations.
