 Our client is a strong actor of its sector and is looking for HR Manager.
  The Job: 
 Be the reference person for social legislation and regulations
 Be the person in charge of the HR department and regular contact with the exeutive committee
 Follow up workers' documents and keep staff-related data up to date
 Manage benefits, timekeeping and payroll
 Maintain relations with the company's external partners
 Manage workers' schedules
 Use the Social Security portal
 Manage and monitor compulsory external training and refresher courses
 Drawing up a training plan and implementing in-house training courses
 Recruiting and sourcing new employees, drawing up job descriptions and scheduling interviews
