Role Overview

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and leading the organizations human resources functions to support operational efficiency and workforce development. This role manages end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, training and development, and labor relations, while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 8–10 years of progressive experience in general HR functions , including recruitment, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, payroll, training and development, and labor relations.
