Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent courses
- At least 4-5 years of experience in HR business partnering
- Must have experience in a multinational or large-scale manufacturing industry.
- Must be residing or has relatives in Danao City, Cebu or nearby municipalities.

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
