Job Summary

The HR Manager will lead and establish the full spectrum of Human Resource functions for a new manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for setting up HR policies, recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and supporting operational readiness from pre-opening through full production.


Key Responsibilities


1. HR Setup & Strategy

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems from ground up

• Establish HR frameworks aligned with business and operational goals

• Lead manpower planning and workforce structuring for factory operations


2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all levels (operators to management)

• Partner with hiring managers to identify manpower needs and timelines

• Build talent pipelines for production ramp-up
