Report to: Business Head Vietnam, and functionally to HR Manager SEA 

•HR interface for gamut of HR deliverables for all employees hired under Vietnam, absorption and confirmation, induction and performance appraisal with active involvement with Line Managers. •Liaising and coordination with institutes, universities, hiring consultants regarding brand building, conducting campus recruitments, project training, seminars and position as a preferred employer among people aiming to grow their career in heavy and metal industries. •Accountable for mapping training needs identification, conceptualizing and implementing customized technical and non-technical training initiatives for all employees in coordination with management. •Responsible for other HR and Personnel Administration programs like payroll and benefits, performance management, employee database management HR actions related to employee life cycle, statutory and legal acti...
