Job Description

Location:- Canada & Australia

Experience:- 5-15

Salary:- 32LPA - 40LPA

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions
  • Design and execute performance management and appraisal systems
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
  • Handle compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR budgeting
  • Drive employee engagement, learning, and development initiatives
  • Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and documentation
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees
