Job Description
- 3-6 month interim role for an international HR Manager
- International organisation, based in Lausanne
- Manage recruitment processes in Switzerland and internationally, from defining needs to offer management
- Support and accompany line managers with any specific requests
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively
- Support the HR Assistant with the management of payroll processes and HR Administration
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as required
- Support with the continuous improvement of HR processes and policies
