Job Description

  • 3-6 month interim role for an international HR Manager
  • International organisation, based in Lausanne
  • Manage recruitment processes in Switzerland and internationally, from defining needs to offer management
  • Support and accompany line managers with any specific requests
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively
  • Support the HR Assistant with the management of payroll processes and HR Administration
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as required
  • Support with the continuous improvement of HR processes and policies
