What You'll Do
- Develop HR policies and ensure labour law compliance
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and manpower planning
- Oversee payroll, compensation and statutory contribution
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary cases and grievances
- Manage performance appraisal and improvement plans
- Plan and coordinate training and development programs
- Manage foreign worker permits, passes and documentation
- Maintain HR records, leave, attendance and administration
- Liaise with government agencies, vendors and external parties
