Job Description

We're building a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operation from the ground up, and we're looking for an experienced HR Manager who has done this before. You'll own the people function for our contact-center and back-office teams — hiring at scale, keeping shift-based floors fully staffed, and driving the retention discipline that makes or breaks a BPO. If you've run HR inside a call center, outsourcing firm, or shared-services operation, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • High-Volume Recruitment: Build and run a hiring engine that fills agent and team-lead seats fast and consistently, across multiple campaigns and verticals (e.g. medical billing, estimation, customer experience)
  • Workforce & Shift Management: Partner with operations and WFM on rosters, shift coverage, and ramp plans for 24/7 and US-hours processes
