- Manage HRIS and workforce data by ensuring accurate records, system optimization, and data-driven HR process improvements and innovations.
- Lead HR process transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, employee experience, and compliance.
- Oversee financial and budget management by supporting OCSI financial requirements and managing VC budget planning and cost controls.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory standards through regular audits and documentation reviews.
- Drive internal and external audit readiness by maintaining proper records, implementing controls, and addressing compliance gaps proactively.
