Position Overview
The HR Recruitment Manager will lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the Outsourcing Division, with a focus on sourcing high-quality talent for white-collar and executive-level positions across sectors including Health, Education, Banking/Fintech and other blue‑collar related recruitment as well. This role will oversee recruitment operations, manage a team of recruiters, and ensure the delivery of timely, efficient, and compliant hiring solutions to meet client and internal staffing needs.
