We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager – Operations & PR from the IT industry who has handled a workforce of 100+ employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and corporate communication while maintaining a positive organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations (attendance, payroll coordination, onboarding, exit process).

  • Drive employee engagement and grievance handling.

  • Implement and monitor Performance Management System (PMS).

  • Ensure statutory compliance and policy implementation.

  • Handle internal communication and employer branding initiatives.
