1.Role Purpose

The HRManager will spearhead the end-to-end human capital function, focusing onscaling our technical engineering teams and ensuring rigorous compliance withSGX listing rules and MOM regulations. You will be a key partner to the Boardof Directors, particularly in managing executive remuneration and director's fees.

2. KeyResponsibilities

• Technical Talent Acquisition :
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for highly specialized roles, including AI Infrastructure Engineers, Data Centre Facilities Leads, and Network Architects .
• Utilize specialized tech channels and the Shortage Occupation List (SOL) to secure 5-year Employment Passes for eligible high-tier talent.
