Job Description

Responsibility
  • Management of daily operations of HR personnel administrative matters
  • Responsible for the delivery of efficient and accurate HR Admin processes
  • Collecting, storing and managing important documentation in both electronic and hard copy format
  • Preparation of employee documentation inclusive but not limited to employment contracts, employee settlement and offers of employment
  • Tracking all matters pertaining to employee’s salary
  • Enforcing compliance with HR policies, procedures and processes
  • Maintaining up-to-date procedure manuals for all HR Administration duties
  • Up-to-date on all government/employment act clauses and relay the necessary to staff
  • Liaison with finance dept for salary & grant related matters
  • Implementation of best HR practices
  • Selection & recruitment including advertisement & interview
  • Onboarding & induction for new employees
