Position Summary

The HR Manager/HRBP is responsible for leading our people operations. This isn't a sit behind the desk and delegate role; the HR Manager/HRBP will be the architect and the builder of HR function in the dedicated legal entity. As a true generalist, the HR Manager will oversee the entire employee lifecycle—from the first recruitment touchpoint to off‑boarding—ensuring that our operational foundation is rock‑solid while fostering a high‑performance culture.

Primary Responsibilities

End-to-End Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, co‑interviewing, and offer management. Ensure that the salaries offered are aligned with Airbus salary structure and maintain internal equity.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to find culture‑add talent in a competitive market.
