- Maintain harmonious industrial relations, including organizational health and well-being
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulations
- Ensure adherence to company policies and processes
- Supervise and oversee the implementation of HR policies, processes, and structures
- Review, develop, and recommend improvements to the organizational structure, processes, and policies
- Proactively address HR concerns and issues
- Support employees' professional and personal growth through supervision and oversight
- Engage in company planning and organizational meetings
