Job Description

  1. Recruitment & Placement: Develop recruitment plans, organize hiring processes, maintain talent pool, and support new employee onboarding and training.
  2. Employee Relations: Maintain harmonious labor relations, handle employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions in compliance with Philippine labor laws.
  3. Compensation & Benefits: Assist in payroll preparation and ensure compliance with statutory contributions (PAGIBIG, PhilHealth, SSS).
  4. Attendance & Performance: Supervise attendance systems and support the implementation of performance evaluation programs.
  5. Personnel Records & Compliance: Maintain employee records and ensure HR operations comply with laws and PEZA requirements.
  6. Training & Development: Organize basic training activities and promote employee development and company culture.
  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
