- Recruit, onboard, and manage local Filipino employees for engineering-related projects
- Handle daily HR operations, including employee coordination and basic administrative tasks
- Act as a communication bridge between management and on-site Filipino workers
- Assist in resolving labor-related and workplace issues at the project site
