Responsibilities

  • Conducting job analysis to understand the requirements and responsibilities of various positions within the organization.
  • Implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. This includes utilizing job boards, social media platforms, professional networks and other recruitment channels.
  • Administering and evaluating pre-employment assessments, tests, and reference checks to assess candidates’ suitability for the position.
  • Ensuring compliance with local labor laws, regulations and equal employment opportunity guidelines throughout the recruitment process.
  • Reviewing resumes and applications to shortlist candidates and coordinate with hiring managers, ensuring the smooth flow of the recruitment process.
