Job Description
Manage recruitment coordination, candidate sourcing, and interview arrangements
Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management
Handle HR administrative matters including leave, claims, and employee enquiries
Coordinate training programmes and employee engagement activities
Support office administration, workplace coordination, and vendor management
Manage office supplies, purchase requests, and procurement coordination
Liaise with external vendors and building management on office-related matters
Maintain proper HR and administrative documentation and records
Support process improvements and ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
