Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, job offers)
  • Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower needs
  • Prepare and process job offers, contracts, and onboarding documents

Employee Relations

  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters
  • Assist in implementing company policies and code of conduct
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives

HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records and 201 files
  • Prepare HR reports, notices, and internal memoranda
  • Monitor probationary and employment status evaluations

Compliance and Labor Relations

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and DOLE requirements
