- Training & Development: Planning and coordinating staff training programs and performance management systems.
- HR Administration: Maintaining confidential employee records, updating HR systems, and generating reports.
- Policy & Compliance: Implementing and enforcing company HR policies, ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations.
