Job Description

Talent Sourcing & Acquisition

Develop and implement sourcing strategies and proactive searches to attract candidates for assigned roles across the Bank’s various business units.

Utilize sourcing platforms – social media, job boards and professional networks to identify and engage passive and active candidates.

Establish and maintain relationships with academe and other external institutions for sourcing programs and initiatives.

Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and high-volume roles.

Sourcing Coordination with External Partners

Execute event management for external recruitment events.

Engage with external partners (as advised):

  • Universities and schools for Campus Hiring Activities
  • Government agencies and local employment officers
  • Industry Associations and job fair organizers

Conduct candidate HR interviews for various roles across the bank.
