Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with HR team in recruitment and selection
  • Design HR & Admin corporate policies, guidelines/procedures
  • Assist in new hire orientation process following company guidelines
  • Resolve/manage employee relations issues, concerns/grievances
  • Respond to associates’ inquiries on policies and practices
  • Support annual and periodic performance review process and assist in the review and analysis of performance results and related follow-up actions
  • Assist in the implementation and administration of corporate programs and initiatives, which include but are not limited to the review of HR policies
  • Ensure files and documentation for associates and organization are current, accurate, and in compliance with employment rules and regulations
