Responsibilities
- Work closely with HR team in recruitment and selection
- Design HR & Admin corporate policies, guidelines/procedures
- Assist in new hire orientation process following company guidelines
- Resolve/manage employee relations issues, concerns/grievances
- Respond to associates’ inquiries on policies and practices
- Support annual and periodic performance review process and assist in the review and analysis of performance results and related follow-up actions
- Assist in the implementation and administration of corporate programs and initiatives, which include but are not limited to the review of HR policies
- Ensure files and documentation for associates and organization are current, accurate, and in compliance with employment rules and regulations
- Provide HR reports and analysis on a regular basis
