• Facilitate internal and external audit processes related to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Over 10 years of comprehensive BPO recruitment experience.
• At least 4 years of experience specifically in BPO recruitment onboarding, along with over 5 years in leadership roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in recruitment analytics, reporting, and risk & compliance management.
