What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in supporting both recruitment and day-to-day HR operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process while collaborating closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and attract candidates through multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, internal databases)
  • Conduct interviews at various stages, including initial screening, phone, and in-person/virtual interviews
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
  • Present shortlisted candidates and provide insights to internal stakeholders
