Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for management and designated client groups on Human Resources areas of expertise.
  • Develop effective relationships with management stakeholders at all levels, driving leadership and team effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance and direction to management on people and organizational issues including all areas of Employee Lifecycle.
  • Drive enforcement of the company's human resources procedures and policies, while building management accountability for company policies.
  • Proactively identify HR needs of assigned client group and provide input to human resources leadership during the strategic planning process.
  • Work collaboratively with human resources team on the implementation of human resources initiatives including management coaching and development of relevant support documents.
