Clarifying customer inquiries in the assigned subject area with system support communicating with internal customers

Preparing and maintaining standard correspondence contracts and other standard documents as per system requirements

Maintaining HR data and ensuring the quality of the data

Preparing and providing certificates Handling standardized internal external correspondence e g with health insurers and authorities

Checking data and tracking schedules

German Language B2.2 level is mandatory
