Duties- Manage JSOX, CSR, and various internal/external audit activities, ensuring compliance with internal controls, labour regulations, and audit requirements
- Support audit documentation, identify control gaps, and track corrective actions and resolution of audit findings
- Maintain and update Group HR policies, organisational charts, structures, and HR documentation across multiple entities
- Coordinate annual HR cycles including performance appraisal, promotions, salary review, and employee declaration processes
