Job Description

From Temporing Barcelona we select aHR Operations (Payroll & Social Security) for an important company in the pharmaceutical sector located in Sant Joan Despí.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Payroll and Social Security process.
  • Manage Learning and Training processes.
  • Compile reports and prepare information to different stakeholders.
  • Manage purchasing orders, invoicing process and monthly accruals.
  • Lead specific HR projects and collaborate in cross functional projects as HR representative.

Requirements

  • Degree in Administration, Economics, HR or relative field.
  • Three years of HR administration experience in multinational environment.
  • In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Experience in SAP.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
