Responsibilities include managing employee relations, processing onboarding and offboarding, and ensuring policy compliance. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a BPO environment. Experience with HRIS tools such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors is also required.
